MOVING IN OR OUT?

We know moving can be stressful, which is why we’ve made opening and closing your Metergy account as quick and simple as possible.

MOVING IN

You are responsible for your suite’s utility charges the day you take possession (if you own), or on your move-in date (if you rent).

Metergy works with your property manager to create an account for each resident. Once we receive your information, we will send you a confirmation letter or email with your account number and customer verification number.

Once you receive this confirmation, you will be able to register and verify your account on the MyMetergy online portal. Please review the information in your account to ensure it is accurate. You may also set up automatic payments or update your payment via the portal.

MOVING out

Even if you’ve already moved out, you are still responsible for all charges on your Metergy account until it’s closed. You can close your account by calling Customer Service at: 1-888-422-9319
