Metergy works with your property manager to create an account for each resident. Once we receive your information, we will send you a confirmation letter or email with your account number and customer verification number.
Once you receive this confirmation, you will be able to register and verify your account on the MyMetergy online portal. Please review the information in your account to ensure it is accurate. You may also set up automatic payments or update your payment via the portal.
All information provided is encrypted and securely transmitted for your protection. Metergy does not sell or share your information.
